- He/She should connect with his/her friends or family because he/she could talk about his/her feelings with them.

He/she need to take his/her time to do activities that he/she love to do, to relax a bit from the classes or the homework.
He/she need to exercise, eat healthy and breath to keep his/her mind healthy and release some stress and anxiety.
