    Use the adjectives to describe food.

    What superfoods would you recommend to consume? Why?
    I recommend brocoli, coconut, berries,avocado cereals and pineapple because are delicious and give vitamins to the body.

      According to your first answer, it means it's difficult to use adjectives to describe foods, or you don't know enough activities to describe foods? I'd like to know the answer.
      You're right about your recommendations, those foods are good sources of vitamins. But do you think it is the only benefit? Hope you support your answer.

    ¿Qué dificultades tuviste para elaborar tu post describiendo un superalimento del Perú?
    My only difficulty was find words with which I could have the description of the superfood.

    ¿Qué superalimentos del Perú recomendarías para consumir?
    I would recommend the maiz morado, chirymoya and lucuma

      According to your first answer, one way to learn more words, especially adjectives to describe foods, is to read more and keep a record of your new vocabulary.
      Remember to use the vocabulary you learned from the activities (maíz morado=purple corn)

    My difficulty was choosing the food that I would present since I know many. I really spent a lot of time choosing

      It's good you could overcome your difficulty at the end. In my opinion you ahouldn't think too much about choosing the food. Next time just choose the first one that comes to your mind. You missed the second questions What superfoods would you recommend to eat? Why? Hope you answer it.

    Actually I did not have any difficulties, I had the help of my aunt to make my brochure.
    What superfoods would you recommend to consume?
    The granadilla, quinua, maca, camu camu, kiwicha and purple corn.

    -I had difficulty in combining the colors in the brochure.

    What difficulties did you have to create your post about a healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner?

    I think the problem about I had is the form to describe some dish or the form to write the form to prepared the food

    What superfoods would you recommend to consume? Why?

    I recommened the quinua because is very healty and help with the form to have energy and give as a lot of vitamins and minerals

    -None, everything that is vegetables, proteins, fruits, etc. Because if we consume them properly, they will lead us to a healthy life because they are foods that our body needs to generate energy.

    Well, I had a difficulty. I didn't know how to start my text, so I asked my sister for help.

    What superfoods would you recommend to consume? Why?

    I would recommend kiwicha, quinoa, potato, avocado and golden berries because they are nutritious, and they have a lot of vitamins and minerals.

      It's great your sister could help you overcome your difficulties. You're right, the superfoods you mentioned before, are good sources of nutrients, vitamins and minerals. Have you ever tried any of them?

  21. Good afternoon teacher sorry for the delay on the delivery of the homework. I'm the student Rodrigo Kento Cabrera Cajacuri from 4th C. My english level is A2.

    What difficulties did you have to create your healthy daily meal plan?

    The only difficulty that I had was not in the making of the daily meal it was to eat that meal everyday without eating some candies or fats.

    What superfoods would you recommend to consume? Why?

    Quinoa because it has 23% of protein, calcium magnesium and iron that are very helpful for our body, it's rich in amino acids that benefit the brain development, etc.
