I would talk with the victim and give support , talk with the bully about the consequences of the bullyng and and talk with a persona who helps to stop the situation as a teacher

In my case I would look for a way to help that person who suffers from bullying so that it stops and he or she can be calm, nobody should suffer and not go through that either.

If I see a person being bullied, I would tell the abuser to stop and if she is not paying attention, I would ask an adult to help stop the aggression and help the aggrieved person by giving her emotional support.
