    From all the tips you have watched in the video, which ones do you do? Why?

    Of all the tips that I could see in the video there are two, I moderate my time to watch the news and I almost always communicate with my loved ones. Because this way my mind will not be full of negativity and I can cheer myself up talking to my friends.

    I protect my mental health with exercise and talking with my family, sleeping and expressing my emotions.

    I moderate my time to inform myself about the news of the coronavirus, and I take care of myself because I want to discover other things that I like to avoid stressing myself with this pandemic and feel good with myself.

  7. Good morning teacher, I'm the student Rodrigo Kento Cabrera Cajacuri from 4th C. Sorry for the delay on the delivery of the homework.

    From all the tips you have watched in the video, which ones do you do? Why?
    The first tip that I do is to not watch to much news about the COVID, well I don't like to watch news about serious cases like those. I exercise sometimes because my parents want me to lose weight and to stay healthy that's why I added to my schedule running for 30 minutes a day and 30 minutes of other type of exercises. I also stay tuned socially, well not exactly because I always look for the updates about some anime series that I like or video games that I play sometimes. And sometimes I take care of myself because we have a lot of homework and I need to help at home I sometimes don't have to much time to take care of myself. That would be all the tips that I do to protect my mental health.
